Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sargodha was established in 1968 after the bifurcation of BISE Lahore. Sargodha Board was set up with the main purpose to provide quality of education and regulate it in Sargodha schools and colleges located in Sargodha, Mianwali, Bhakkar and Khushab. BISE Sargodha makes the schedule for the matric class final term exams in the month of March and the BISE Sargodha date sheet of the SSC part 1 and 2 annual exams in the month of February.

BISE Sargodha Board will conduct the FA/FSc part 1 annual exams in the month of April and the HSSC part 2 final term exams will also be carried in the same month. Sargodha board roll number slips and date sheet FA/FSc part 1 will be provided to the candidates in the month of March, enabling them to appear in the FA/FSc part 1 and 2 final term exams at their schedule dates. Sargodha Board will prepare the FA/FSc part 1 and 2 result 2024 after three months of the finishing of the annual exams of HSSC part 1 and 2.
